Do you think the Irish CAA would allow 300 low houred fo cadets?

An airline does need an average level of experience i think if they just took on 300 low houred cadets the experience level would be too bias and bring the average down.

just a thought to ponder on.

I have 2 friends of mine who joined FR with more than 700 hours heavy turboprop. and they were forced to sign a cadet contract. So you can join this company with a good experience, even if you are considered as a ****ty wannabe. that's ryanair
