How is base part of TR costs? do you know what you are talking about? Seeing that base is min of 6 ccts, you telling me anyone who does it in more than 6 has to get their credit card out and start paying for the extra ccts!?
Some how i doubt the FR cadets all manage to do it in the minimum 6 anyway.
