Quite the opposite actually, FR dont want experienced FOs joining because they dont pay FR anything and they cost more to FR in terms of wages, so if Fact experienced FOs are NOT what FR want, they want the new cadet with no hours who will pay handsomely for the TR. FR make a few grand on each cadet and pay them less.... easy when you look at it through FR eyes.
