All newbies are contractors now. We did not get the option / choice at sign up. Personally I dont mind, as I was SE previously and value the benefits of now being a ltd co again.
So its no longer 'them and us' as some have narrow mindedly quoted on this thread

Dont know why your all slating RYR for a "possible" request for 'unpaid leave' when if you have a look EZY are actually asking their pilots for that NOW! Funny how no-one every slates them.
or the companies who dont take this option and run their airlines into the ground and thus forcing the whole workforce back onto the streets
