Dear Mr Boeing
After changing types from the Airbus and being on your 777 for a little while now. I have this to say , you have spent millions of dollars in building a great machine and about 1$ building what has to be the worst seat I have ever had the displeasure of sitting in. Enough for me to overlook all the other brilliant engineering , especially when the daily back ache is there as a surly reminder.
PLease Please get it right on the 787 !!!! I will be happy if you could spend perhaps 2$ on it , and so will many of my colleauges.
ps John Deere is a tractor, 777 is a long haul airplane.
