it also happened to me some years ago.
Was low hour fo with only little chances on the market.
Maybe it sounds too simple,but what helped me a lot was to do a lot of sport (reduces the stress) and to study AC tech details ( to be fit for any interviev coming up).
Parallel I checked all the job offers from the agencies.
(But at the end I was hired direct by an airline.had been lucky.)
