Have used it and found it very good at a couple of airports but completely useless at others (those where the one lounge is about 45 minutes away, in some distant terminal that no-one uses).You also need to keep checking the internet for updates because the lounges seem to close down quite regularly, or be moved and can be inconvenient.
But on the other hand, I used the one at Quito and it was great - free everything.
