Mate Vmca might be 78 in a Chieftain... but remember VMCA is calculated/demonstrated in specific configuration....

.... including FULL POWER ON THE OPERATIVE ENGINE

Ain't no way I'm trying a forced landing OEI with full power on the good 'un.
