The series of books mentioned by Spitoon were excellent.
Subjects covered were:-
Approach Radar.
Radar Theory.
Navigation.
Meteorology.
All under the umbrella of CAP160. This was the definitive 'syllabus' for the UK CAA ATCO's Licence.
