ah yes - the rumor network that is read by journo's, and the rumor finds its way back to the tabloids read by the unknowing.
Thats a slight on jouro's, not the people posting.

If I say "good on the pilot for saving those peoples lives" , when I can have no way of knowing if he did or not, is the statement worth anything? do you think he gives a rats? He'll know if he is happy with how the situation was handled, he will know if the situation was made better or worse by his actions. Really, I don't think speculation will worry the people who are privvy to the facts.

I am glad that nobody was seriously injured.

PS. I highly doubt that Thron beam wake would play a part in this particular acident as the entire Barrier fleet were fitted with anti-thron decopulating winglets last June in preparation for the upcoming wet season.
