Would just like to pass on my thanks for the display made by the RAF role display yesterday.
I went on Saturday and will second Dogwatch's comments (only one F3, though). Excellent display throughout by all participants.
Did that bloke in a glider do more than ten rolls while still attached to his aerotow yesterday? Barking!
I bet the Typhoon was a bit higher for his first return pass on Sunday, though - it had the punters on the pier ducking as he went past on Saturday!
Missed the Vulcan
, but saw it in the distance as I drove up the M55 yesterday on the way back from a rifle match and my son videoed it on his mobile phone so I could listen to the sound!
