McWilliams Federal Court battles take a turn for the worse.
Monday 1st September 2008 McWilliam applied to withdraw his case against two of the Geelong Aero Club Members and pay them tens of thousands of dollars in compensation.
The application was accepted and duly signed by both parties.
Payment was to be made on or before 9:30 am on 8th September 2008.
McWilliam failed to make the payment and today the Federal Court issued an Order on McWilliam to pay not only the compensation but the cost of today’s proceedings .
You may ask why McWilliam was taking Federal Court action against these chaps
BECAUSE THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SUBMIT AVIATION INCIDENT REPORTS TO CASA IN RELATION TO UNAUTHORISED JUMPING THRU CLOUD.
What a jerk.
