The hours that you would put on a CV would be the actual hours you have done to date so, in your case
85 hours PPL(H)
180 hours CPL(A) etc.
However, if due to receiving some time credit against your PPL(H), and you do the CPL(A) in 150 hours (for example). then 150 hours is what you'd put on your CV. If you've logged the hours, then that's what you put and keep updated!
