Anyone who flew the Gnat will remember STUPRECCC and CUBSTUNT.....
STUPRECCC was for Hydraulic failure:
Speed below 400/M0.9 (or was it M0.85?), Trim to the 'ideal' sector, Unlock the elevators, Power cock OFF, Raise the stanby trim guard, Exhaust the tail and aileron accumulators, Check control response, Check the standby trim response, Changeover switches (Mod 399) as req'd....
CUBSTUNT was for Alternator failure:
Cabin altimter to static, UHF (standby radio) on, Speed below 300/M0.7, Trim to the ideal sector, Unlock the elevators, Non-essentials off, Transponder to Emergency.
