Egyptian ATCs and Pilots

Been thinking of posting this topic long time but wanted to know what our PPrune Controllers and Pilots think of Egyptian ATCs and Pilots

I have recently made a few visits to ATC Facilites in Cairo and heared that some new ATCs been sent to Paris and some of the old ones been in several visits to Belgium for training
