Can't confirm this incident however I do know that SAO can be VERY dodgy.
A close friend of mine was drugged, assaulted and robbed a couple of years ago while there. She had been having a coffee near the hotel and someone spiked her drink.
The next thing she remembers is the FO and CSD breaking into her hotel room when she missed call. She was barely conscious, had been physically attacked and had to spend a week or so in hospital recovering.
It really shocked me to the core. Just be careful out there!
