MFC is a very good school with very skilled and good instructors. The planes are maintained with a very high safety standard. At the moment I am doing my JAA PPL at MFC. The JAA CFI is a very nice guy who does its uttermost best for his students.
It is true that the weather here can be quiet bad, you need to keep that in mind. But the JAA instructors will always try to fly when the weather gets good enough. At the moment, the JAA program isn't overcrowded at all and normally the availability of the planes is good.
