There might be a reason for this. Never crossed your mind, did it...?
If you're low-time, fighting hard to find a job just anywhere or old, having a hard time to find any employer, then this company offers you opportunities that nobody else would: lots of flying in LJs (30-series, 55 and 60) at/to exotic destinations, exciting assignments more than adequate renumeration and fast advancements to the left seat. What's wrong with that? Most everybody has been in a situation where they've been grateful for getting a chance.
But if your're not into cutting corners, if you like airworthy airplanes which are not merely signed off with a 'release to sevice' but truly looked after, if you're into obeying at least the basic duty and resttime regs. and into sound and safe SOPs - stay far away from them. Seriously.
Enough said. There a bunch of stories to be told - but I tend to shy away from lawyers...
