If you want to go and pay for a type rating after getting a thousand hours (or probably more) then go for it if you think the numbers add up. By this stage you will probably have a(slightly) better idea of what this industry is about.
But coming out of flight school and buying a decent sized jet rating wont get you too far.
Living in a s...t hole for a while will also teach you a few more things than just flying an aeroplane.
10 points for looking and planning ahead mate but starting at the bottom will make getting to the top all that much more sweeter.
