Yep it is true
all FR pilots will pay for their uniforms,medicals,pensions...the lot...
next MOL will have them paying for the SIM that they do their re-currency in.
I know that times are hard and not many carriers hiring....but does one really want to work for MOL and put up with all they cr@p that goes with it......not me...
