to those asking what are the requirements for cebupac, read the requirements in their website... except for the ATR. i think 500++ total time is ok. no hidden details to their requirements.
to those flying outside the phil wanting to apply for cebupac, its better if you get a conversion with the CAAP first. its going to take some time, believe me!
So it will be difficult if they consider you and you can't produce a philippine license. it happend to me, but its a good thing i got my license just in time.
we're here in bangkok right now hammering the ATR to our heads... the next batch is to KL in the next few days.
