No - you need to pay all of the money up front. I believe there is a credit card surcharge. You may as well pay cash - your CC company offers no protection. You sign a contract which coveres everything - so your CC company will not give you anything, as in their eyes OBA are not in the wrong - they are acting as per the contract.
You can pay as you fly, but you need to pay the full hourly rate. Do a good search on this school - I've heard a lot of horrot stories.
