In addition to the hours requirements, you will also need to take a Licence Skills Test before you can unfreeze your ATPL. This can be done at your next LPC in the sim but you must make sure you book an LST in advance, rather than just an LPC. It's pretty much the same thing but you'll have some raw data flying to do. Possibly just a raw data single-engine ILS.
