BA Executives charged
LONDON — The UK’s Office of Fair Trading (OFT) said four current and former British Airways executives were charged yesterday in connection with its inquiry into fuel surcharge price fixing.
The OFT named the four as Martin George, BA’s former commercial director, Andrew Crawley, its head of sales, Iain Burns, its former head of corporate communications, and Alan Burnett, the airline’s former head of UK and Ireland sales.
Have just read this on the "Business Day" South Africa. If this is old news my apologies.
