The Yanks want Open Skies - as long as it's
their version of Open Skies, that benefits
their airlines. They do not want to provide cabotage; derived fifth freedom, dispense with the Fly America policy or any of their other protectionist, anti-competitive measures.
Not terribly sporting, is it?
