But no it hasn't. In fact I talked about it to an atco there and he/she reckons it is justified, they're keeping you seperated, giving you weather and all the rest, they aren't being paid by the state. He/she(the atco who I'm keeping anonymous because it's not my place to name him/her) compares it to Shannon control, how they charge for the atc but in my opinion it is wrong for Galway to do this. I can't say if its illegal because I don't know but there are arguments for and against, like everything, people seem to be getting away with not paying it so wheres the problem? Also, can anybody show me where it says it is illegal? I'm not trying to sound like I'm trying to catch ye out but I want to see it so I can see if it is or isn't illegal. The charge is there, ya, but you're not paying it so is it not a bit hypocritical saying
they are breaking the law? Its those who don't pay it, get away with that, and still complain about it that are making problems where there are none.
