The basics that I have heard from friends who have been through the Eurocontrol selection process: The questions they ask in interviews are not standard, they ask you question based on how they have assessed you. Thats why the interview process is a few days after the FEAST and the group exercises (im guessing the assess your performance and come up with questions for you specifically). One thing is for sure. No matter what anyone tells you, the assessment at Eurocontrol is well based and there is no way you can "cheat" it. If your made for it, youll get in, if your not, they'll find out right away and cut you. Be yourself. Thats what ive been told from a number of people who either got accepted or not.
