There is no alpha gauge on the Boeing so cant tell you. If there was and also to answer your other question it depends on aircraft mass and which de-rate you select.
An empty a/c at about 60,000kgs and full power and full climb power will go up at an attitude of about 25-30 degrees nose up and rater of climb well above 6000 feet per min.

A max weight (113000kgs)take off from Bahrain at 47 degrees C will be about 600 feet per min all the to cruise.

Every thing else will be somewhere in the middle, however it is an overpowered jet.
Great for pilots and pax but accountants say its a waste of power (money !).
