Sorry from my experience with Globespan I would not fly with them again.
First of all it was an old classic 737-300. It was of course beautiful to look at, but not for the flight between Glasgow and Faro. It felt too small for the 3 hour or so flight.
Secondly the Cabin crew failed to give a good performance as such during the flight. Many walked around looking rather depressed throwing on a rather forced smile form time to time. We only had one stewardess from Glasgow, the rest being English and personally I find the Scottish flight crew's to be funnier and friendlier.
Thirdly the flight cost a bomb shell.
I would however comment on the nice piloting skill. The Captain extended the route several time's to avoid turbulence. Or according to the captain anyway.
The interior was rather shabby and the age of the crfat was showing baldly.
