Sudden unforecast wx deterioration in ADL last Sunday 20th.
VB flight, not carrying any alterate fuel as per original forecast, missed out on VOR 05 approach was told to hold then made an ILS 23 approach eventually landing with a TWC. There has been a "suggestion" that said aircraft needed to be towed to the tarmac after landing. Anybody heard anything about this ? Can't imagine crew would have allowed fuel to get to critical point. I emphasise reported facts by other pilots on frequency are cloudy & no suggestion that this is anything but a misunderstanding but would be interested to hear from anybody else caught in the ADL wx last Sunday.
