I take it you mean "REGISTERED in the UK." Turboprops with drop-down oxygen masks in the cabin have been "in the UK" for ages! Also, The oxygen mask demo only has to be done where the aircraft intends operating above FL250. If the flight is planned lower, it is not mandatory. Furthermore, having searched for the particular regulation which says that the demonstration has to be done "prior to departure" unsuccessfully, I doubt that it exists. I have personally been a passenger, on more than one occassion, where the crew have obviously decided to climb above FL250, and done the demonstration in flight.
