Surely the Dornier 328 Turboprop variety must be a good un? Quick, quiet and glass cockpit.

There's only one UK operator, so probably not that many of us have been on one or flown one......nice though.

But another side to the coin is: if you are looking for your first job, then any regional aircraft is just great!!!!
