Doubt it.I think it will be in the area of 2% which is Gov target,with so many strings attached you could make a fishing net.
Also the lower Nats Banded units could well be in for another drumming over,to keep the higher paid units quiet.
Oil at $150 a barrell and climbing,the airline industry is going to be in the S*T.
