have you worked there? so far, i haven't come across anyone that has actually worked there. it does sound like a "stepping stone" for people to build time and move on. if that is the case, then i'm not surprised anyone stays. if people are leaving because of living conditions or the people they work with, maintenance issues, schedules well, that would shed new light.
like i said, not looking for a career there. only wanna hang out for a year and check the countries out. i just don't want to be miserable while at work.
i worked at some pretty sh###y places before with management that i could do without. i can suck it up for a year if the people are great and the traveling while over there is worth it. i don't have to have late night picnics with management, just wanna toss some back with great crews.
Anyone actually work there that has some advice?
