Baby are not in trouble, quite the contrary, apparently commercially they're doing pretty well at the moment. There have been some issues with tight schedules due to the delays in the arrival of the two extra airframes which should arrive shortly. In the meantime any tech delays have compounded these issues. However they generally try and get their passengers to the destination unlike a certain other airline who just cancel flights and abandon people.
For those that enjoy Baby bashing, don't forget that they were the UK's most punctual lo-co airline last year so things can't be that bad.
