In a word - NO !
I was told I had to have an annunciator panel for the G430 in the Bo, and I am now being told that I have to replace it with a new annunciator panel for the TSO145/146a upgrade - but I also fly a G430 equipped IFR C210 that does not have an annunciator panel, which I am assured is legal.
Beats me!
