A loss may turn out to be a gain. This is from old Chinese saying.
Also gained from my previous experience, sometimes "too enthusiastic " maybe not a good thing, it will affect your judgement, and "too enthusiastic " = subjective. being pilot, objective is needed, imagine the situation like that some lights turn on in your cockpit, lot of informations from your display, what can you do? Being subjective, means you are allowing your personal feeling strongly influence your act , it is not a good sign obviously.
