Instructor rating
Do you hold or have you ever held an FI or IRI rating? If so there should be problem in getting STI or SFI. You certainly won't need a medical for that. If you have never held any instructor rating get this before they take your medical away if possible.
I think you would be in demand for FNPTII CPL/IR training!
