You are too long gone to have anything useful to add, the years have given you rose coloured vision. You were part of an operation that relied on profesionalism, maturity and discretion. The company is now too big to rely on knowledge of individuals and there weaknesses. We must all move on, we are glad you did and a little sad you didn't go sooner.
