You think that he set a high standard of professionalism and competency as you state the Chief Pilot Demands? If you think that the Chief pilot is Direct and Practical, how do you explain him not firing this pilot? He is also a check airman, someone who should set higher standards than others, yet he remains a check airman and maintains employed, even in the US this pilot would have been fired, no second chance, he not only broke Saudi law, and got away with it, but set a poor example in that he was able to break the law and still stay employed.
