The bad thing is you will get people going in as FO's as it is a means to pay their training bills esp. since PTC charges 99,000 euro for a 250 fatpl. People will always feed these airlines as I say 1. to pay the bills and 2. cos I don't know anyone who has the money to hold off for that miracle job offer. Keep all their licences current, keep flying to build hours, so they aren't still a 250 fatpl 2 years later, when the interview comes and the question is asked So Mr........... you finished training 2 years ago and have amassed how many hours?????
I would have to take a job with these sort of airlines for those reasons when I qualify.
