When and how is this paid?
I am sure current QLink pilots would like some shares. Is this only for new
hires?
Also the lifestyle rostering system is only for EAA and not Sunnies. Any rostering system that affects lifestyle is an EBA issue and Sunstate has not yet begun the new EBA battle. The 'lifestyle' system (what an oxymoron) has very deep flaws and I am sure If current Sunnies pilots look into it the current bid book system gives more control over your life.
