Ridgepipe, a bit of an education for you love - QL had just recently brought in a work/life balance program for the crew. I suppose in an attempt to try and stem the outflow of pilots. It was another of a myriad of attempts at somehow thinking that it would stem that flow. The fact that they are so desperately short staffed has meant that this program is really just a piecemeal gesture. As said before, just letting others know what they are in for. The fact that QL are having to regularly use two Check & Training / captains to dispatch a flight and cancel many speaks volumes. Existing pilots are under an enormous amount of pressure in this current environment / operation.
So please, cut the snide remarks eh?
