June cancellations
Reading the above and other threads, there still seems to be no
definitive answer to all the cancellations across the network.
I have just checked bhx and all June there is at least one less GLA,
EDI, IOM & BHD on Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays.
Obviously Tuesday - Thursday are the quieter business days and fuel is
a tad expensive but June does not normally see cancellations. The flights
before and after are operating, so it is not aircraft shortages but are more crew on conversion courses?
Also rumoured on another thread bhx-iom is going back to daily from
September. That was ten days ago and it is still being sold at double
daily Mon-Fri - I trust it was just a rumour or possibly for winter 2008/9.
