) we lost all visual reference. It was a downpore of tropical proportions with the sparky stuff flashing around. There were a couple of guys on top at 3000 and up until then we were happy at 1500 with good forward viz and light showers so like I said, no big drama at the time. Up North there was more height and climbed to 2500. Always good banter in the cockpit but not much said, just kept cool, looked at the options, checked our position and moved on. De-brief when got back on the ground, lessons learnt and 'I learnt about flying from that...'
