The title of this thread is mis leading. All the articles that I have read state that they are "phasing" the 23 -400s out and only considering replacing the capacity. I personally expect that CX will accelerate the retirement of the classics due to fuel.
Any talk of decreasing the airline is of concern especially as we add Direct Entry Captains to our apparently laughed at seniority list.
