maeshyfryd- Many airlines do not give you feedback (BA..etc) and your sim may have been great but that doesnt mean that you are someone they could see fitting in or having the potential for command - no offence intended.
I know many people who had aweful assesments yet passed and some who, like you, had a great assesment and did not get in.
