Just purely thinking out loud, but Flybe announced a while back that they were looking into expanding by increasing their bases to include European Airports. They already have 1 based at DUS which was acquired with BAcon but is there any slight possibility that they are looking at something with Wideroe, hence their business with them and the Q400.
Will the aircraft being leased to Wideroe be in Flybe colours still or will they repaint them?
It just a thought and I may be a million miles away from the reality but as no-one really knows at this stage I suppose anything is possible
