Well, that's open skies in Europe, I guess. Remember that in non-English speaking markets a lot of foreign carriers do not make announcements in the language of the country they are operating to, but only in their mother tongue and in English. I guess most people do not know that Cityjet is indeed an Irish airline from which one ocld expect proper English announcements when they see the Air France livery.
I have come across a separate service fee on a travel website in the past. I think it was expedia.co.uk, if I am not mistaken. Maybe it has do to with tax reasons that they split the total sum into two?
