Tailpipe Fire occurs - UNLICENCED ENGINEER DOESN"T KNOW WHAT TO DO

Calls Cockpit - FIRE FIRE FIRE SHUTDOWN ENGINE
Surely the "engine tailpipe fire" recall checklist would mitigate this to some degree?
